Fred S Bellis has written a series of children’s books. He has served as a government consultant. Fred has been employed in education, the Sheriff’s Office, the Property Appraiser Office, and the Supervisor of Elections. Fred has served in several important government positions. He has received numerous awards in leadership and has improved with effective efficiency in all of his positions. Fred was selected as civilian employee of the year for the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
